Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
What are my shipping & delivery options?
In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available from Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm at our Chino location.
We offer free standard 3-5 days shipping on all domestic orders. Any expedited shipping will be at additonal cost based on delivery zipcode.
Any orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the next business day. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Do you deliver internationally?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free standard 3-5 business days shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international delvieries and you may be subject to additonal taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additonal costs or taxes.
Are there other shipping restrictions?
Certain countries do not allow any polespears, spearguns, and knives.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, please check your provided tracking number for the latest updates. If the tracking has no movement for awhile, please contact us.
