Q1: Can I pickup locally? Do you have a physical store? How do I pay?
A1: Yes you can pick up locally, our warehouse address is 14020 Central Ave, Ste 530, Chino, CA 91710. Our hours is M-F 7:30am to 4:00pm. You can pay cash/credit card/Apple Pay/Google Pay.
 
Q2: Do you take phone orders?
A2: No.
 
Q3: Is it free shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii?
A3: Yes.
 
Q4: Do you ship to any country?
A4: Yes, we do ship to any country depending on products (please see your local post office policies).
 
Q5: Do you ship to military addresses?
A5: Yes.
 
Q6: If I placed an order today, how long does it take for me to received it? 
A6: You will receive it within 3-7 business days. For international buyers, please allow 7-21 business days. Any orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the next business day. If you still haven't received it within this time frame, please email us at customer@scuba-choice.com
 
Q7: What is Palantic?
A7: Palantic is a product line under Scuba Choice that covers mostly spearfishing products. It is also an official trademark registered in USA. The name comes from Pacific and Atlantic Ocean. 
 
Q8: How do I cancel/change order?
