    Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

  • All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

  • To return an item, please email customer@scuba-choice.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

    Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

  • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Walmart Return Instructions

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item purchased through Walmart Marketplace, please follow the steps below to ensure smooth processing.

    Return Eligibility:

    Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

    Item must be new, unused, and in original packaging

    All accessories/parts must be included

    No restocking fee

    Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived incorrect, defective, or damaged

    If the item shows signs of use or is incomplete, the refund amount may be adjusted based on the condition received.

    How to Start a Return (Walmart Orders Only)

    1. Log into your Walmart account

    2. Go to Your Orders

    3. Select the item you wish to return

    4. Click Request a Return / Refund

    5. Choose either Refund or Replacement (based on availability)

    6. Print the return label provided by Walmart or follow instructions if self-ship is required

  • Instructions from Scuba-Choice for Amazon Returns

    1. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

    (wrong item, defective, or damaged on arrival).

    2. For orders that originally included free shipping, the outbound shipping cost may be

    deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.

    Refund = Item price – Shipping cost (if applied)

    3. Only new, unused, and unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of

    purchase.

    4. Items must be returned complete with original packaging, accessories, and parts.

    If the return arrives used, damaged, or incomplete, the refund may be adjusted based on condition.

    5. Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

    6. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incomplete or incorrect return address information from the buyer.

    7. Please package the item securely to prevent damage during return shipment.

    8. Buyers must provide tracking information once the package is shipped. This helps us confirm movement of the return and speed up processing.
